There are many ways and one that I tend to point out the most is to make a web presense!  You need to have an enjoyable, informative and eye-catching web-site for starters. If you’re a career seeker, I still recommend having a blog with your resume on it!  Another way is to join several of the many social networking web-sites on the world-wide web geared towards different niches.

1. LinkedIn. www.LinkedIn.com – This web-site is for professionals and gives the opportunity to connect with other professionals in your field or makes it easier to connect with managers, public relations or human resources professional, etc. at other large or small firms.

3. Facebook.  www.Facebook.com –  It seems everyone goes to Facebook.  Whether it is a student, to a business professional or a radio station.  Many have been connecting there and it seems to continue to grow.
